PARKSTON — Parkston scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to rally to a 4-3 victory over rival Bon Homme in club high school baseball action on Sunday.
Carson Bueber’s lone hit of the game was a walk-off two-run triple for Parkston. Kaden Holzbauer, Kolter Kramer, Mason Jervik and Grady Bowar each had a hit in the victory.
Cale Cooper doubled and singled for Bon Homme. Alex Adler also doubled. Major Aarstad, Carter Smith, Madden Merkwan and Isaiah Crownover each had a hit in the effort.
Kash Neugebauer picked up the win in relief, striking out four in 1 1/3 innings of relief. Carter Sommer struck out 10 in his 5 2/3 innings of work.
Thomas Kronaizl took the loss in relief. Madden Merkwan struck out eight in his 3 2/3 innings of shutout work. Landon Schmidt struck out three in two innings of relief.
Elk Point-Jefferson 17, Beresford 2
ELK POINT — Elk Point-Jefferson used an 11-run third inning to claim a 17-2 victory over Beresford in club high school baseball action on Sunday.
Ashton Fairbanks went 4-for-4 with a triple, two doubles, six RBIs and three runs scored for EPJ. Grayson Girard doubled and singled. Brody Van Roekel had two hits and three RBIs. Wyatt Herrity also had two hits. Jace Shatswell and Levi Hanson each doubled. Luke Swatek added a hit.
Jax Fickbohm and Evan Rosheim each had a hit for Beresford.
Van Roekel struck out four in the four-inning contest for the win. Kasen Voss took the loss, striking out three in his 3 1/3 innings of work.
PGDCWL 10, St. Thomas More 3
RAPID CITY — The Platte-Geddes-Dakota Christian-White Lake Honkers earned a 10-3 victory over St. Thomas More in club high school baseball action on Sunday.
Jye Bailey went 3-for-4 with a double and Kenyon Kuiper went 2-for-4 with a triple and three RBI for the Honkers. Maddux VanZee also had two hits. Keaton Christensen, Ashton Krumvieda, Hayden Sprik, Asher Kott, Bohde Kuiper, Quincy Stephens and Garth Maas each had a hit in the victory.
Kenyon Kuiper struck out seven batters in 5 1/3 innings of work for the victory. Isaac Leader had three strikeouts in 1 2/3 innings of relief.
PGDCWL 21, Lead-Deadwood 6
RAPID CITY — The Platte-Geddes-Dakota Christian-White Lake Honkers had all nine starters cross home plate and had eight record at least one hit in a 21-6 rout of Lead-Deadwood in club high school baseball action on Sunday.
Quincy Stephens went 3-for-4 with a triple, a double and six RBIs for the Honkers. Kenyon Kuiper went 3-for-6 with a triple. Maddux VanZee had three hits and three runs scored. Keaton Christensen doubled and singled. Isaac Leader also had two hits. Jye Bailey doubled, and Ashton Krumvieda and Hayden Sprik each had a hit in the victory.
Leader picked up the win. Enzo Stone took the loss.
